Will the cooler master 212 hyper evo fit in by pc?

Hey guys, So I am thinking about up grading my computer hardware and was wondering if the cooler would be able to fit into my computer. My parts are:
Mother Board:Gigabyte FM2+ AMD A68H HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX DDR3 2133 Motherboards GA-F2A68HM-DS2H
Ram:Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3 1600 MHz PC3 12800 240-Pin DDR3 Dual Channel Memory Kit
PSU:Logisys Corp. 480W 240-Pin Black Beauty ATX 20+4 Power Supply PS480D-BK
CPU:AMD AMD A8 7600 FM2+ 4MB Box R7 Series Graphics 3.8 4 Socket FM2+ AD7600YBJABOX
Storage: Seagate ST3250310CS 250GB 7200RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.5" Internal Desktop Hard Drive w/1 Year Warranty

It might be a little close, but it shouldn't have any problems fitting. The Hyper 212 EVO is 120mm tall, + the base which is about 20-25mm tall.

Long story short, measure from the base of your motherboard to the wall of your case. If the clearance is more than 15cm, you're absolutely fine.
