i think my ram is casuing me problems

Look guys i'm not a pro-pc tech kinda guy soo my pc used to work just fine for like 3 years
but now i'm having freezing problems crashing and when i hit the resart button i hear a noise coming form the tower and i can't boot the pc that well so is it the ram , motherboared ??
i tried re-format over and over again from windows 7 64bit to windows 10
and i'm preety sure that it's the both of my rams are faulty ?and sorry for bad english :/

Windows 7 64bit
intel core duo 2.5 ghz
Nvidia 610 2GB
4 gb of ram ddr2 ==========> 2gb each slot

loaded optimized defaults in bios by mistake what would happen to my pc?
and when i boot it up i hear a beep and i can't use my usb keybored HELP ME GAWD
 
Freezing problems are numerous. however if you feel its your RAM then do a MemTest86+ test from a USB stick.
Download the program to an empty USB and then boot from the USB. Test all modules.

If they test OK then we will have to dig deeper.

Clearing CMOS will not damage your system, however you will have to enter your Bios to apply correct settings for USB configuration.
