Windows cannot automatically detect this networks proxy settings

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this, all computers have this message on both wired and wireless connections, even the new computer i got today.

If your modem is JUST a modem -- a single ethernet output port, then no you probably wouldn't have this case. Many ISP provided devices ARE modem/router combo units (multiple ethernet ports and WIFI) and that could be a double NAT situation.
