How do i limit each user to different ip on same pc

Windows 7 pro, 2 user logon running task in background.

how can i limit UserA to ip1 and UserB to ip2?

Can this be done with 1 wifi card or 2 wifi card?

A computer' IP configuration does not depend on who or how many users are logged in. You can get several IP addresses per NIC, but - what's the point?

You can also have WiFi and Ethernet connection (giving you two IP addresses from probably same network), but unless each user use some utility to bind his/her apps to aparticular NIC, you are out of luck.

Again - what's the purpose of this?
