PCIe Usb addition card power

I purchased https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QRB3XK0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 on amazon so that i would be able to run my new Thrustmaster warthog flight sim hardware and was wondering if i need to now go buy a connector to connect it to the power supply or not. From what i origionally saw it did not seem like i needed to but now the further in depth im looking it looks like i do and im just not sure. I also dont think i have any slots left on my power supply.

It's needed to provide more power to those USB3 ports, you can use Molex connector from PSU or adapter form SATA disk connector if you have one to spare. USB3 can supply double the power of USB2 and PCIe x1 slot may not provide enough.
