Would this build be able to play arma, gta v, rust, and Dayz? Also if anyone has a better build that would be either cheaper or slightly more expensive but has more performance please list it. Budget within 600-750ish Thanks!

This is the cheapest one I would like.

This one is a bit more expensive since its intel, but I would get more performance out of it since its the i5 6600k?

Ive only played Arma 3 on a GTX 950 and get good fps on high settings (about 30-40) although as the R9 390 is more powerfull it will easily play Arma at least.

I would also go for the 6600k as the FX 8350 is now 4 years old, and generates a lot of heat and uses a lot of power, so its really not worth it anymore. But for performance it won't really affect the FPS at all whichever chip you choose.

And just as another note, you may want to add a 120GB or even 250GB ssd as boot time of windows may be rather slow with a hard drive, although its not needed, just a recommendation if you have the budget

As long as your ok with the risk of buying second hand cards (no warranty, unknown use) but a 980 Ti will be more powerful definitely.

Good & one of them I found was where the guy said the card didnt fit into his case and the 980 wasnt registered for warrenty yet. Does the cars have to be registered or is the guy not know what he's talking about or lying?

Disregard my last post about one I found on ebay with "un-registered warrenty. I couldnt find the sale again for some reason, I believe it ended or they cancelled it.

Is there a big risk in buying a card with no warrenty?
