I have a GTX 1070 Gainward Phoenix card and I used MSI Afterburner to overclock it, but when I checked GPU Z, the speed seems incorrect.

[Side question, does anyone know how to change the LEDs on the Gainward GTX 1070 Phoenix card? When I turn on the computer, the LEDs on the side of the card go from blue, red and then on to green which it stays. I cannot find the LED controls on the ExperTool nor any other software on their website.]
