Hello fellow game enthusiasts,
I recently purchased a new gaming PC and wanted to know, from any other of your previous experience, if i would be able to play Overwatch.
My main PC specifications are
GPU- 750ti
CPU- Intel Pentium G4400 (looking to upgrade at Christmas, suggestions appreciated)
Memory- 16gb DDR4
If you would happen to have these parts and own Overwatch would you be able to do me a favour and tell me your fps.
While I'm writing this would any of you be able to tell me how well I'd run Assassin's Creed Unity and Fallout 4.

Solution
750ti is perfectly capapble of maxing OW, your CPU may be a problem though, but you can run the game with it at least:

System Specifications #2
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro - 64-bit
Processor and Speed: Intel Core i3-4130 @ 3.4GHz
RAM and Speed: 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1600GHz
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 750ti

Can I play the game - Yes/No: Yes
What Resolution am I set at: 1920x1080
What are my avg FPS:
With 365.10 drivers:
High Preset Avg: 69.722 - Min: 55 - Max: 71(Had FPS capped by monitor refresh rate (not v-sync...))(first few games played fine, but game crashed at loading screen later, so updating drivers)
With 368.22 drivers: (disabled any FPS cap this time)
Epic Preset: Avg: 57.142 - Min: 39 - Max: 76 <this would be perfectly...
It would not run Fallout 4 or AC Unity well, you'd probably have to turn everything down to low to get playable frame rates with a Pentium. Hell, those games probably won't even run, because the Pentium isn't a quad core processor which most games require nowadays.
What you want is an i5 6500 and an RX 480. Total upgrade price is $400, and the RX480 won't draw much more power than a 750ti. Just a matter of swapping them out and plugging in the power connectors for the graphics card.

It will run basic stuff like Overwatch, CS:GO, LoL and Starcraft just fine, but anything more graphically demanding will be a struggle.

It seems as your PC is definitely above the minimum requirements, you should be able to run the game on medium to high settings, framerates definitely above 30, and with/without tweaking probably above 60.
Overwatch runs on dual core CPU systems.
750ti is a capable enough GPU for a game like overwatch.

It runs, but that doesn't mean it will necessarily run WELL.
When it comes down to it, the CPU is going to be the bottleneck in the system, whether that be short or long term, it needs to be replaced eventually.

I live in Australia so I'm pretty sure the 480 alone costs more than $300 here
While I am aware the components are not adzactly ideal, the graphics card is actually alright BUT like you said in another post, the CPU is definitely in need of an upgrade. What I forgot to write earlier is that this is actually a starter build, so in theory it's not supposed to be particularly high end right now. The whole reason I got a PC was because I could upgrade it over time and not need to buy an entire new system each generation.

Eeeeh, I guess so.
Get the i5 6500 when you can afford it, and then upgrade your GPU to an RX480 4GB for $300, picking up a 144hz monitor like the BenQ XL2411Z 144hz monitor later down the line if you want to get the most out of your setup in games like Overwatch and CS:GO ($400 usually).
Best upgrade path for you imo.

FO4 is pretty doable:

ACU I don't have any results on, but I wanna say no. because the AC games are pretty poorly ported over to PC.

Solution

The i3 has faster speeds and stronger cores.
By the way Fallout 3 calls for a minimum of "Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent."
Which essentially means that you will need a quad core CPU like the i3 6100 or the i5 6400.
The pentium you have is a dual core with hyperthreading, which means sure, it can run, but the performance won't be good.
If it does manage to get playable frame rates (30FPS), it will most likely be at all low settings.
In terms of raw power, yes, it doesn't seem that different, but note that this is not taking into account that most games do not have proper hyperthreading support yet, while all these benchmarks do.
Fallout 4 will definitely struggle.
I would want to upgrade to an i3 6100 if I were you.....a struggling CPU is not a pretty sight.

1st: Pentium g4400 does not have hyperthreading. It has two physical cores and no virtual ones.
2nd. i3 6100 is not a quad core. i3 6100 has hyperthreading with two physical and two virtual cores.
You're getting your processors mixed up.
3rd. Fallout 3? Are you drunk? I'll just assume this is a typo.
4. FO4 runs on dual core systems. Just google it.

You're right about the i3 being a stronger processor though.

Was a typo. ;)
Saying that Fo4 recommends minimum at least 4 threads, whether they be physical or HT, no performance variation between the two.
It can run fine on dual core systems, but I tested it with a Haswell Pentium processor I had lying around, and the frame rates spike frequently whenever action is going on. Makes for a very unpleasant experience which makes it near unplayable.
