Graphic card upgrade, bottleneck or not

Hello there, I have question, mainly about graphic card upgrade and bottleneck in gaming.

Several days ago, my friend offered me his Gigabyte R9 280X with a tempting price, around 110 bucks, because he already bought another card, and he won't use the 280X again.

Coincidentally, my graphic card, the old nvidia 560 GTX somehow got broken few weeks ago, I assume, because I got the 0x0000116 error, and I've tried to update the driver, check the ram, but nothing works.

So, here's my question, should I take the 280X offer? My main concern is the bottleneck, as my current procie now is AMD X2 II 555 BE. I haven't got the time and money to upgrade both of my procie and the mobo, but I think the 280X offer is too good to be passed out.

What do you think guys? I really appreciate any comment or idea from you, also thanks in advance~

Here's the list of my current spec:
AMD X2 II 555 BE
Zotac Nvidia 560 GTX
Biostar TA 785G3
Corsair 8GB DDR 3

Solution
If it's a good deal than snap it up. 280x is a great card.
Don't let your cpu hold you back from a good buy.
If it does bottleneck, which I don't think it will, depending on the game, you can upgrade your cpu at a later date.
