I would kindly ask you about the price of mentioned components below. All components have warranty.

CPU: intel i5 4690K >OC 4.6Ghz 1,270vcore > warranty- 20 months
MS: MSI Z 97 GAMING > 5 warranty- 20 months
RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage 16 GB (2x8) KIT DDR3 XMP 1600 MHz CL9 >OC 1800Mhz >warranty 99 months or lifetime for this model

I don't know where you live, but that's a good buy for 250$. may be a bit higher.

than it's somewhere between 250 and 300Euro.

You can try to sell it for 300. (you can start even at 350)
but realistically your offer should be 25-33% cheaper than buying a new one.
