Are the custom loop liquid coolers too hard to install by yourself

or can you manage ? i currently have a closed loop 120 mm 1 fan , i've seen pictures of those big watercoolers with a fan on top and one at the rear , are they worth it and if you buy a kit can you install on your own ? or are they only for the AMD cpu's ? thanks for your explanation in advance

They are not too hard to install, though they do require some skill and knowledge.
They are mostly done for fun and beauty since to build quite and efficient loop requires to spend considerable amount of money.
For starters, I'd suggest to look at EK Predator 240 or 360 - it is preassembled kit made of custom loop parts. it is also expandable and every part can be swapped in or out. So you can add more radiators, GPU cooling etc. As a first step you can start with replacing the tubing.
