Is there any such thing as a USB to UK power socket adapter?

Hi,

I'm going on a road trip soon and the car we're going in has the cigarette lighter used by some custom lighting mod. Now I will need to charge my laptop on the way and wondered if I could charge it off a power pack. I have a surface pro so the connector for charging is very awkward. I want to know is there something that I can plug into the USB port on the battery pack that will allow me to use a UK plug?

Thanks in advance

Solution
Only if using inverters, and I know none to connect to an USB port. Only to the car cigarette lighter socket. Splitters are reliable enough for laptops. I suggest using one.

They aren't greatly reliable though are they? I've seen these type of splitters before and they aren't that reliable with there power output. Is there any such thing as a USB cable that goes to a UK socket plug?
