Skylake Freeze Bug even after BIOS Update

pretty much the title. bios update DID NOT fix this issue but made it worse. more freezes and consistent in 99% of games. I have a I5 6400 with Gigabyte H110M-DS2 DDR4. Please help me what can i do. These parts are new i recently just upgraded. My whole PC.

did you fresh install windows?

did you check the temperatures?

which ram is it? brand and model please

which power supply?

oops anyways. all the parts are brand new.
PSU: Corsair VS650
RAM: DDR4 8GB HyperX Fury 2133 Mhz i think

what the gpu? monitor resolution? what games?
Temps when gaming on the gpu and cpu?

resolution: 1680x1050
temps: gpu 70C
temps: CPU 35-45 C

edit:

install memtest86+ on an usb flash drive and boot from it

run https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792

run furmark (default stress test, not the benchmark)

run 3dmark basic edition (firestrike) and post the link which comes up at the end in your browser

check HDD/SSD with its manufacturer´s tool

which bios version is installed now?

clear cmos by jumper and load default settings

Pins of the cpu socket of the motherboard bent?

spacers between case and motherboard installed correctly? not shortened anywhere?
