To keep this short I upgraded to a MSI GTX 1070 x 8GB from a r9 280. Ever since i upgraded my computer seemed "different" not in the better way which is what i wanted of course. Games had major problems; stuttering, fps issues and just running in general. Well after a few days it all sorted out and gaming was going alright but now my videos on internet or any kind of video playback is not working. Almost like its buffering and it just wont play. My internet is fine.
Steps i have taken:
-Updated Drivers
-Updated Java
-Updated Flash
-Clean driver install
-cleared all cache's, history, etc

Setup:
ASUS P68-V/Gen3
I5 3570
16GB Corsair Vengeance1600mhz
500Gb Crucial SSD
2TB WD Black
MSI GTX 1070 x 8GB
windows 10

obviously my computer is ancient i have a z97 board just waiting for a processor(money).

The 3570 may be old but its still a very capable processor. This sounds like driver issues to me, switching from and AMD card to nvidia then getting terrible performance and weird issues is indicative of some kind of driver/software issue. How did you uninstall the AMD drivers? Just through control panel? I would try this tool I linked below, personally I would uninstall the nvidia drivers you have run that tool then reinstall the nvidia drivers again but you may not have to do that.

Ok so i initially did it with DDU so i just redid all again and it seem like it worked but then it hit me. it wasnt the card at all. i figured since it was acting weird and thats the only thing i remember changing. I just bought a pair of Tritton Katana's. this headset uses a "dock" as an hdmi playthrough, so when i turn the dock on the playback messes up.
