The difference is the first one has 4gb of RAM, the second only 2, and the cooler is better on the second one.
IMO the 4GB of ram is preferable.

I would say the 4GB...some might argue a GTX 960 won't use it properly but games are getting huge (frame buffer wise) with sony and microsoft consoles running 8GB of ram. Point being while the GTX 960 may or may not (game dependent) have the legs to run 4GB of frame buffer. its better to have it then not as some games will be able to use it and if you don't have it, that's missed eye candy.

Well the 4gb version, are they the same price? Personally I would take the extra VRAM over a better cooler any day, 960s run really cool anyways.
