Asus p8z77-v deluxe motherboard

gpu died so i bought a new case and gpu connected everything back up and nothing powered on.
so i disconnected everything gpu ram and ssd and then it powered on,
tried individual items like ran then gpu and ssd and if anything is connected it just wont power on.
any ideas ?
