Hello guys. I've been building me a PC but I don't know what motherboard I should use.

Here's the build:

CPU : i5 6500
RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4 2400 / HyperX Fury 16GB DDR4 2133 (depending on chipset)
GPU : Sapphire Nitro+ RX480 4GB
SSD : Samsung EVO750 250GB
PSU : EVGA Supernova G2 550W

I already have a case, Cooler Master CM690.

Now, this rig will be used for gaming and gaming only. So that means I should go for H170/Z170 chipset? The initial budget for MoBo is around 100-130€ ($110-145).
Note that I will not be doing any OC nor crossfire, so that means I should go for H170 chipset instead of Z170? Altho Z170 chipset seem to me to be a bit more futureproof since it has faster memory and maybe once day I do go with overclocking, but most likely not.
In this price range I've found few MoBos like Gigabyte Z170X Gaming M3 and Asus Z170-A, they have positive reviews but also quite some complains so I really have no clue how will I find a good and reliable motherboard and I need your help.
Is it worth going for those cheap motherboard like MSI B150 Mortar/Bazooka or MSI H110-Pro VD? But I'd rather not cheap out on motherboard.

Well ... the nitro 8GB is 260$, GTX 1060 from many partners are 250-260$
So make your choice when you have the cards in stores aground you.
Where i live, RX 480 and GTX 1060 are priced about the same. Though we don't have 4gb versions yet.

1060s are quite expensive where I live, they are around 330 EUR (custom ones, not reference) . I still don't know how much will Nitro+ RX480 4GB be, but I assume around 250 EUR.
