Overclocking AMD FX 8320

How well can I overclock my FX 8320 with ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3? I'd also like to know if I am going to see improvments in gaming.

My system:
Gtx 960 4gb
8gb ram

There are many motherboards for the FX series, some of course better than others. If you want a good motherboard with decent overclocking possibilities you will want any motherboard with 6+2 or better phase design with heatsinks.

Your motherboard is also on the list, though it states 140 watt CPU support, it has only 4+1 phase and no heatsinks.
