So I decided to update to amd 16.7.2 from 16.3.2 but after I did my screen became pixelated at my native 1080p, but if I lower the resolution to 1600x1200 then it is no longer pixelated. I then decided to unisdtall the driver and reinstall 16.3.2 but after the reinstallation the problem still exists. I used the amd driver cleaning tool from the web site.
Also without the driver installed 1920x1080 works fine
