Hey guys!

I currently got an issue with my bandwidth. Out of the wall, lan (CAT5E) directly connected to my computer, I receive 135 mbits, but when I do it through my router, I get limited to around 95 mbit, and I don't understand why. This didn't use to be a problem, but happened when I connected an older router as a slave router/access point to extend the wireless connection through out the house.

My main router is a NETGEAR CG 3000 (ISP Router) which lanports should be able to handle 1 gigabit.
My slave router/acces point is a D-Link 615 (My Router prior to ISP router) which does not have gigabit lanports.
My motherboard is an Asus P8Z68-V PRO which should be able to handle 1 gigabit.

My PC and the NETGEAR CG 3000 is connected through a CAT5E cable

I have made sure that the connection between main router and my PC is on a duplex/gigabit connection under settings, but I still can't get through the 95 mbit ceiling. I have attempted to disconnect the slave router, but it doesn't seem to have any effect anymore.

I have kind of hit a wall, and looking for any suggestions that might help, in advance, thanks a lot.

The LED for the connection my PC is green. (Which as far as I know means that it's a gigabit connection) So is the rest of them unless the 2nd router is connected. In t hat case the connection for the 2nd router got an orange LED. (Which I believe means that its under 1 gigabit)

It's a commercial cable, though I realize now that I've made a mistake. It's actually a Cat6 and not a Cat5e. I don't know manufacture on either.

Other than, it worked at 135 mbps prior to the 2nd router was added to the setup.
