i want to buy a amd radeon r9 390 8gb for this motherboard but i dont know if it will fit fine so can somebody tell me ?

It's not if it fits the motherboard it's if it will fit in the case and your PSU has enough power.

Thats not enough power for a R9 390.
Depending on the rest of your parts but in general you need a good quality 600 / 650 Watt power supply.
