Heavy OC? You'll need an ASUS with more than 4 phase power.
Mild OC with BCLK? Go with EVGA, they still allow BCLK overclocking.
I really love our EVGA Stinger, great board, lots of features. 4 Phase power hasn't been to big of a deal for us, but i feel like i could have squeezed more out of our i5 with a board that had better power management.
