I am looking to spend less than 100 dollars on a new gaming headset (the lower the better). I am not sure if I should get a gaming headset with Mic included (ex. Hyper x cloud 2) or get a normal pair of headphones and get an add on Mic of some kind like a modmic or just a cable clip on Mic. I do like the in line controls of the cloud 2 but I like the open ear design of a lot of the standard headphones. And open ear headphones can be found fairly cheap. Do you think it is worth it to get more expensive audio headsets/ headphones or should I save that money and put that towards the pc I am building? Here are a few links:

Hyper x cloud 2:

This is a little expensive but modmic:

Something more reasonable than the modmic:

These seem to be great headphones:

Cheaper headphones:

Thanks in advance!!

Solution
I've been happy for a while now with the Sony PS Gold headset. It's meant for a PS4, but it's as easy as plugging the dongle into USB. Decent sound, comfort, wireless, and mic for under $100.
