How do I get back into the BIOS after first POST?

I was helping my friend build his very PC, and it was a success. After it POSTed, it went to the BIOS and we were fine and dandy. We experimented around and found that we had switched the power and reset button around on the motherboard. We turned off the PC, switched them around, and powered on the PC. Now, instead of going to the BIOS, it just does the POST screen and moves us to a black screen that says your generic; "No boot device found, press any key to continue." And then pressing a key will repeat the same message. Note we do not have the OS installed yet. We are just testing. But we desperately need to know how to get back into the BIOS, because now we are infinitely stuck on the No boot device screen with no knowledge of how to get back into the BIOS. Any one know how to get into the BIOS from this screen?

When you clear CMOS, make sure the system is powered off. Move the jumper from pins 1 and 2 to pins 2 and 3 for 15 seconds, then replace the jumper on pins 1 and 2. The jumper is located directly next to the battery at 4 0'clock.

Thanks for the feedback! Embarrassingly, 2 minutes after posting this thread we just rebooted the system and we figured out we needed to spam delete rather than F2 or anything else.
