Hey All, just trying to get some good opinions on my first build concerning a decent power supply for playing games like Fallout 4, Battlefront, and many other games planned to fall this year.

My rig that i'm planning:

Asus H110m-PLUS motherboard
Intel I5 6500
Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212
Crucial DDR4 8gb @ 2133mhz
MAYBE a 120GB SSD and 1/2 HDD drives that I currently use within 2 laptops.

I'll also be running the standard 8GB RX480 Reference card; all of this inside a Cit Neptune gaming case, maybe even some additonals in future (CD Drive, etc)

My main issue concerns the power supply. While I do understand the necessity of running minimum of a 450W PSU in gaming guidelines, i'm stuck in terms of "trusting" brands and their series of PSUs that i'm stuck between, as i'm on a £40 budget for my PSU, so the high-spec £100-£300 PSU's are getting through at my face through other forums.

I'm stuck between the EVGA standard Bronze/Silver 500/600W and Corsair VS series, as they are having mixed opinions about them, with the worst throwing me off.

Which one should I go with, in terms of reliability, lifespan and percentage of not setting my rig in a blaze? Other alternatives are also welcome!

Thanks - J
