Cannot access the website, but I could before

I am reading a Russian book series "Metro 2033 by Dmitry Glukhovsky" and "Universe of Metro 2033 by many authors including Dmitry Glukhovsky" (Many probably heard of the games "Metro 2033/Last Light" that are based of the books), well few months ago I could access their official website "http://metro2033.ru/", but now it says "This site can’t be reached metro2033.ru’s server DNS address could not be found". I know the website is not down since I can reach it over the Tor Network, and the website checker says that it is not down. Can anyone see if you can access it? Maybe it is just my network.

BTW, have you restarted your model and/or router lately? If not, you should. Also, clearing your browser caches/temp files might help as well. Have you tried multiple browsers or other devices from your network?

I tried to use a different PC on my network which did not work, so I will try to restart my Modem.
