Is this temperature dangerous for my card?

I have a EVGA GTX 660 ti that's a year or two old now, and I was looking at the temperature its running at. When all I'm doing is browsing the internet, my card is running at about 77-79C. I ran a benchmark, and my GPU was around 100-101C.

I'm wondering if this is normal or safe for my card, and if not, what I can do to try and fix it? Thanks in advance.

Alright I'll level with you, I'm not entirely sure what all of those things mean, so I'll try my best. My GPU fan is running at about 2370rpm when stationary which leads the GPU to be about 77C. I have 2 fans in my case along with the the CPU fan and GPU fan. The front fan is running at about 500rpm and the back is about 800rpm. That's all I got.

Yes, the GPU fan is definitely spinning. It does get pretty hot pretty fast when I boot up my PC. I'm pretty sure the front fan is sucking air in and the back is taking it out. As for room temperature, I'm not sure exactly what it is but I'm near a window and its around 32C outside today.
