Any part that could cause no power besides PSU/Mobo?

PSU blew and was replaced.

Still no power what so ever, tried everything (breadboarding, testing each stick of RAM, etc) nadda.

I'm about to RMA my motherboard, there shouldnt be anything else that would cause no power what so ever correct?

sorry my bad. what you could do, if you have a freind with the same platform, manualy check 1 peice at a time. its tedious but if nothing works it's your mobo
