Where to get an MSATA m.2 3042 drive

Solution
if that really is the SSD that is installed it is a 2280 SSD which is what the the main standard for M.2 SATA SSD's are. And all SATA drives are B keys (have a notch on each end) and NVMe are M keyed or a notch on only one side. Don't get a NVMe as not sure if your laptop supports it plus trust me you don't need that kind of speed.

now if it s a 3042 which is really odd and unheard of, at least to me, then that might be a bigger issue as I can't find anything. Can you double check the SSD? Maybe even try to measure it out manually?
