CPU and GPU both stuttering and lagging after spring PC maintenance.

I did a bit of spring cleaning and dusting inside my case last night, and today when I fired up a game of Overwatch my PC started lagging horribly and having massive frame rate drops. Before I cleaned out my PC I did not have any such problems.

What could be causing this issue? What other information do I need to provide?

Case: Corsair Carbide 300R ATX Mid Black
CPU: Intel i5-4590 Haswell Quad-Core 3.3GHz
Motherboard: ASRock Extreme4 Z97
RAM: Team Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 970 x 2 (SLI)
SSD: Crucial MX100 SSD 256GB, SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB SATA III SSD
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM, Seagate Desktop HDD.15 ST4000DM000 4TB 5900 RPM
PSU: Antec HCG M Series 620W 80+ BRONZE
Disc drive: LG GH24NSC0B
Adapter: TP-LINK TL-WN881ND
OS: Windows 8.1 Home Edition

Monitor: LG 22M34D-B 22" x 2 (dual-screen), Acer GN246HL Black 24"

I didn't remove the heatsink. I did blow some dust around in the case, though. There was a lot, and I used my cleaner to push it into the heatsink fan. Would that be the problem, and if so, how can I fix it?

Also, I've noticed that my graphics cards are also stuttering a bit. I didn't do anything to those during my cleaning.
