What does this sound mean?

That is not a normal sound. I would suggest a backup of all of your important files. What make/model is your HDD?

With that info, you can get the manufacturer's diagnostic program to check your HDD's health. If defective, it may be time for a warranty exchange or a new HDD.

It's Seagate Pipeline 1 TB. I bought it a year ago. Sometimes when I start computer it starts to spin, but sometimes it starts to spin and stop spinning in a few seconds after starting. That time bios can't detect hard drive. Like there is no hdd, I wait 30 minutes then start again, then it works normally. I don't understand why it stops to spin immediately after starting computer. I only hear 2 scratching sounds (like in the video) and then platter stops spinning.
