You can play GTA V in 4K with more than 30fps. i5 6500 and GTX 1060 is perfect combo for gaming. Trust me you can play every games in high settings with high fps.

I recommend i5-6500 because don't go to old generation. new skylack and DDR4 could be better for my opinion. If you are gamer then i56500 is best for you. i7 is overkill on gaming and theirs not much of different between in i5 and i7 processor. [or] you need more background process like steaming or editing ... you should go for an i7

hi again and i heard ddr4 doesnt benfit gaming much also i think 350 eur is alot for an i5
