so its a brand new build using:

Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 32MB Cache 3.5in Internal Hard Disk Drive HDD
the power supply is 300 watt no idea on the brand
so when i turn it on it asks me to select a bootable device. I have a bootable USB with a copy of windows 7 on it. I click it then it says loading windows files i agree to the terms i click instal and it gives me this:
