Looking to buy cpu fan

Pc specs:

AMD fx-8320 3.5 ghz
Asus M5A99X motherboard
Thermaltake V4 black edition case

I was thinking about buying a Hyper 212 EVO but I don't know if it will fit in the case and if I have enough space on my motherboard so it won't touch the ram stick.

What do you guys think.

If the first RAM slot is empty, the EVO will fit perfectly fine. :)
If you still want a low profile cooler though, some I can recommend are the Be Quiet! Shadow Rock LP and...

What RAM do you have? If it is high profile there may be some clearance issues, but if they are moderately sized, aka Hyper X Fury you should be able to mount the Evo no problem, just needing to relocate the fan.
With Corsair LPX RAM you will have just under 5mm clearance in my experience with stock configuration.

Yeah with that RAM you're not going to want to go with the Hyper 212 EVO. If you fill up the closest RAM slot to the CPU the fan on the cooler will overlap that slot and you'll have to adjust the height of the fan on the cooler to compensate. It increases the overall height of the cooler and reduces the overall air moving through the cooler. That cooler will (according to Q&A on newegg) fit the Hyper 212 Evo, but honestly make your life easier and pick up a Cryorig H7. I'ts shorter, doesn't overlap RAM slots, and coolers better. Runs about $5-10 more depending on the day and is worth it.

I live in canada and the CanadaComputers here doesn't sell it. I need it for tommorow since I broke mine today so ordering it online isn't an option.

Do you have any other suggestions that will fit in my case and won't have problems with RAM clearance?

PS: the first ram slot next to the fan is empty

So long as that slot is empty, the Evo won't give you any problems. Since you need it asap, I'd say go for that for ease of purchase. If you decide to fill up your banks, then you may need to look at a different cooler. Since I don't know the actual height allowance of your case, I can't say for sure what the fit would be like. At that point I'd look for a source that you can order from that doesn't require same day service.
