Solution
You shouldn't experience any problems with having only 11GB set for System Restore. Actually a lot of people with SSD's turn it off completely. However, in my opinion it's useful to have 1-2 System Restore points which you can revert to, if something messes up the system. :)

Good job!
Hey there, Vinu_1.

It could be a System Restore file. What's the directory of that file in particular? You could check the suggestions from this article: http://www.howtogeek.com/125923/7-ways-to-free-up-hard-disk-space-on-windows/. Maybe they'll help you get to the origin of that particular file and what it might be and if you could delete it without any repercussion.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how it goes.

It really looks like contents regarding the System Restore. Do you remember doing anything in particular before this file appeared? Check out this thread as well: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2560748/large-file-size-system-volume-information.html. If this file is something regarding system restore points, then you should be able to delete it without causing any problems. However, I'd get in touch with Microsoft's customer support for more info, just to be on the safe side.
