GTX 1070 paired with a i7-3770k?

I have an i7-3770k overclocked to 4.2ghz and I just ordered a gtx 1070. I was wondering if it would bottleneck the 1070, or if they would work efficiently together. Thanks!

I have an I7 3770K, Gigabyte Z77X UDH5 motherboard, 8GB hyper X ram and the Asus Nvidia GTX 1070, Samsung S23A700D montor (120 Hz), The new Doom us totally maxed out on Ultra settings and I still get 120 FPS on my system with the 120 Hz monitor.
