Fx 8350 or i5 4460

Will I see significant difference with an i5 than with the fx 8350 JUST for gaming ? Gpu will be the r9 390,Gtx 970 or Gtx 1060! Because I am on a budget of 800-1000$ I am looking to get as much out of it as possible and I don't really know what to do! If I get the Gtx 1060 or 970 will it perform less better than with an i5 ? Or should I step up to a i5 4690 with the r9 390 ?

All 3 of those GPU's are around the same price where I am. (Texas) and the GTX 1060 performs in between the GTX 970 and GTX 980 so if you can get the 1060 get the 1060. If you can't I'd get the 970.

The i5 seems much better than the FX 8350. So I'd get that.
