Hey folks, I just recently bought a GTX 770m Graphic card as an upgrade for my M17x from a GTX 460m.
I was just wondering if there is any bios mods I need to do, and if so, How do go about doing it?

How much do you like your laptop working? Can you afford a new one if you break yours? Do you like it working more than you like the speed it's running?

Put that thought in your head before you mess with it. There was a post not too long ago when a dad tried to swap video card in a few $1,000 gaming laptops to get his son a faster card, he killed both laptops.

If you found out somewhere where someone already swapped your laptop to the video card you can, then you at least have a bit of a chance of it working, if not, good luck to you.

Well, did some research and I downloaded the A12 Unlocked Bios. Is there any precautionary measures I should take before flashing? I heard if it goes wrong it can make your computer into a brick.

Please help...

Yes, if the bios is incompatible or fails during flashing it will brick your motherboard completely. I had this happen to me on my own laptop once. So be sure its compatible. and be aware that it may brick your pc.
