Hello all!
I have some questions about motherboard Asus X99-Pro/USB 3.1 and cpu cooler ZALMAN CNPS12X. Any reply at least to one of my question would be very useful for me!

1. What's the maximum height of ram modules (maybe in mm) I could use so the cpu cooler don't be in touch with ram? As I read on the internet, this cpu cooler is a bit big and there is problem for the first ram slots...
2. If I use Asus X99-Pro/USB 3.1 (it has 8 ram slots) and decide to buy non low profile ram modules, how many slots I could use?
2b. Will have problem with dual channel solution if I decide to buy only two ram modules (non low profile)?
2c. Will have problem with quad channel solution if I decide to buy four ram modules (non low profile)?
I ask based on that some slots of motherboard will not be accessable 'cause the cooler.
3. About the following ram, what's the best and why?
* HYPERX HX430C15SB2K2/16 16GB (2X8GB) 3000MHZ DDR4 CL15 XMP HYPERX SAVAGE BLACK DUAL KIT (low profile ram)
* HYPERX HX432C16PB3K2/16 XMP HYPERX PREDATOR 16GB (2X8GB) DDR4 3200MHZ DUAL CHANNEL KIT (bigger heatsinks)

Let me know also if you have experience with ZALMAN CNPS12X.
;)

Regards,
Peter

Hello. The memory height should be standard. Anything other than the basic heatspread will interfere with the fins above. Neither of the kingston rams will fit.
