Yes, you can easily install it on that motherboard. Make sure to insert it into the PCIe 2.0 x16 slot, should be the closest one to the IO panel. And do not forget to connect the PCIe power cable from your PSU to the GPU as it cannot draw all its power from the MB as your Quadro did.

one more thing, is 650W is enough for intel Xeon W3550 and this GPU ?
