Bugged Youtube videos.

I've noticed that since yesterday, videos on YT appear quite buggy. When I watch a video, it ends and I attempt to rewind it back, only the sounds appears. The picture stays the name of the next video and "play" sign.

I've tried rebooting my laptop, different browser (IE, Chrome and Mozilla), clearing history, cache and cookies signing in/out of my Google account and nothing works. I also have the latest video/audio drivers installed as well as the latest browser versions.

Also, the problem appears to be certain videos specific, not happening to all of them.

Any idea what the problem might be?

I've tried all the major browsers as stated in my original post. About Flash Player, I cannot do anything with it, as it is a plugin of Chrome and can only be enabled/disabled (which also didn't help). Any other suggestions?

Edit: Same thing happens with videos on Daily motion. Only sound appears on some of the videos.

Maybe it's PepperFlash? I heard it can make problems. However, PepperFlash is the only flash plug-in I have in Chrome and disabling it disables the whole thing, as I don't have system flash player installed on my OS (only the Chrome built-in plugin). And yes, I've tried re-installing Chrome, it didn't work.
