i cant decide which to get i5 or i7 for my build, i will use my PC for gaming, (not professional) photo editing and video editing. The i5 6600K is 135$/105£ cheaper than the i7 so im wondering is the i7 worth it? Sorry for my bad english!
Parts im getting:
CPU: ?
GPU: AIB GTX 1060 or Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+ 4GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2666Mhz
CASE: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
MOBO: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming
PSU: Corsair RM750X 750W
CPU COOLER: Be Quiet! Pure Rock
STORAGE: WD Blue 1TB + 240GB SSD

Solution
Get 16 GB RAM
Maybe a bigger SSD
And with whatever remains on the end, you order yourself pizza for when you successfully set it all up

Could you afford a 1070 if you went with the i5? If so go for the i5. The i7 might be worth depending on serious you are with video editing and rendering, but that will only save you time the i5 should be able to get the job done just the same. For gaming the i5 should be more than adequate an i7 might get you a few extra frames in some cpu heavy games but thats about it.

Admirable
speaking as an owner of a I5-6600k I have no problems running AAA games while also streaming, I don't render much but when I do Its pretty quick obviously not as fast as the I7 but I personally wouldn't consider the i7 over the i5 unless you render more than a couple of hours a day.

Unfortunantely i cant afford a GTX 1070, they are overpriced in Sweden where the cheapest one is 580$/440£.

Ok so the i5 looks like the best fit, I wont be doing serious video/photo editing but maybe later in the future start with professional work also how long will the i5 last? since im saving 135$/105£ what should i buy?

Sounds like i5 is best for your use. i5 will stay competitive for 4-5 years. My i5 came out 5 years ago and I've had mine just over 4 years...and it still performs well, so much that upgrading is not necessary.

But again, I suggest getting 16gb RAM, and as Isokolon mentioned...a bigger SSD if possible.
