Hello all,

I recently changed out my video card for an older AMD model to an Gigabyte NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 980 Ti. Since then I've had numerous issues, where my cpu was heating to a great deal (70degrees<) and shutting off. I've since re-applied the thermal paste correctly and also correctly re-seated it.

However, my computer is still shutting off any time I put the system under load.
As an example, I was attempting to play Fallout 4. I got 7~ minutes of playtime before the screens lost signal with my computer. The sound continued to play for 5-10 seconds after this, before that turned off as well.

The issue shouldn't be heating, as Speccy says none of my components are exceeding ~55 degrees

All of my current drivers are up to date.

My computer components are as follows, from DxDiag;

Yes, I updated my BIOS last night to the newest version to no avail. My power supply is a HLP850, no brand on it I could find. Honestly suspecting it could potentially be that
