Good job royally screwing up your install. Your only real option is to reinstall Windows at this point.
Before trying anything that may mess with your system at a deep level, make sure you have an image backup of the system, and try the planned test on a virtual machine FIRST

Thanks for all your help I actually found a solution from someone else's feed and I may have made a mistake but there was a solution that didn't require me to reinstall windows. .. I may not know what everything does but hey I'm having a good time with my trial and error method

Next time you won't be so lucky.
At least 3 of us in this thread do this stuff for a living and there's nearly a century of combined experience between us. We didn't "give up so easily", we've seen it all. There's no telling what else your blind messing around may have affected. I expect that you'll be back soon with "Well, now I can log in again but ......." That's why everyone recommended a clean install.
