Good job royally screwing up your install. Your only real option is to reinstall Windows at this point.

Before trying anything that may mess with your system at a deep level, make sure you have an image backup of the system, and try the planned test on a virtual machine FIRST
 
Wipe, clean install, and consider this a lesson learned.

Thanks for all your help I actually found a solution from someone else's feed and I may have made a mistake but there was a solution that didn't require me to reinstall windows. .. I may not know what everything does but hey I'm having a good time with my trial and error method

Why would you guys give up so easily, msdos gives you the ability to pretty much do whatever, right? Just have to know the correct way to talk to your computer

There's no telling what else your blind messing around may have affected. I expect that you'll be back soon with "Well, now I can log in again but ......." That's why everyone recommended a clean install.
