Extra info needed for my first build

Solution
No, it will not bottleneck your CPU. I mean generally if you have a CPU bottleneck issue its easy to fix by upgrading the CPU. GPU "bottleneck" is not so easy, as even the best SLI GTX1080 combo cannot even begin to bottleneck a top end current i7, so we do not call it GPU bottlenecking. It is simply the maximum gaming performance you can get with your GPU.

For £70 it is a great deal. It will play very well at 1080p.

Thanks that's what i needed to hear i was going to buy a 1060 but they went out of stock so quickly so i'm going to save up and near the end of the year when all the sales start i'm going to pick up a 1070 i think a 1080 is just too op for what i will be using it for anyways thanks for helping me out.
I wish i could find a link so that you could see the gpu but i cant even find it on sapphires page it has a engine clock of 925MHz and 3gb of DDR5 i wish i could tell you more but i cant find it.

No worries, I know the 7950 well, almost bought one myself sometime ago. It is a great though aging card. If you only play at 1080p even a 1070 is a little OP. A GTX1060 or RX480 would do just fine as they can basically max most games at 1080p and still get 60fps average.

The reason im saving up for the 1070 is run games at the highest setting i can; like 4k also to stream because the 7950 wont wont last me a long time whilst the 1070 will last me 2-3 years which i a am extremely happy about so yeah the 7950 wont be that useful to me if i stream as well as game so im only going to keep it until the end of the year in which the 1070 price will be around £350 to £400.
