Personally I would like more power to be on the safe side. Go for 700+, but select a good quality PSU.

Until you do not have AMD FX 8xxx / 9xxx or highly over-clocked Intel this PSU will be enough but until you not plan use this setup for VR * only this give fair amount of boost thx to CF, is better to buys singe GPU like GTX 1070

These are my recomendations
1) Especially for CF setup avoid getting reference design RX480.
2) If you got an FX 8xxx 9xxx it will bottleneck so there is no point to CF.
3) the specific psu can run a CF RX 480 but it's gonna be tight.
