LOL! Well, there will not be any performance gains/losses either way. So, choose what you feel is right and you have the budget for. It is all about personal preference.
It should fit. Your case can accomodate CPU coolers up to 165mm (specs here: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/obsidian-series-450d-mid-tower-pc-case) . That cooler is 160.5mm according to Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103208).

However, for that kind of money I'd rather get a Noctua NH-D15S for less money. Even a $45 Cryorig H5 Universal performs near the Coolermaster (Source: http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/7522/cooler-master-masterair-maker-8-cpu-review/index6.html).

but i mean if i buy the NZXT H440 case i mean its better than Obsidian 450D right ? or basically its just the same ?

Both are excellent cases.

From what I'm reading it seems as if you already own the 450D, are you able to return it or would you just be eating the cost? If you can return it feel free to get the H440 if you like, it's one of my favorites, along with the Phanteks Enthoo Pro. If you cannot return the 450D there is no reason to waste money on a new case, keep it and enjoy it.
