hi i have a JW Technology.Ltd Model JW-G81UM-PV+ (CPU 1) Version Ver1.2 with a NVIDIA Model GeForce 8100 / nForce 720a GPU C77
What kind of graphics card would be compatible with this??

Solution
A GT610 card wold work, but it's useless for any games, even when it was new it was no good for games, never mind 4 years later. You may as well use whatever you have now since you won't be playing any games on the computer unless you are talking about Diablo 2 or something of that era and video complexity.

None of that really gives enough info to say, what is the computer brand and model, case size and power supply brand and model? Need full system specs and budget and what do you want the video card for? Gaming, general use, HD video?

it will be able to support any modern graphics card. But it seems that you have a very old PC? If that is the case, then it might not be optimal to fit a modern GPU with a very old CPU, as the CPU might hold the GPU back in gaming/rendering etc.

To see the power supply you need to open the case and look. This also does not say size of case you have.

That CPU is too slow for any modern games, you also did not list your budget. I would not spend any money on upgrading a system like yours unless you want to buy a used $20 video card like a Radeon 7750 from somewhere. Or buy a used business tower with a 300+ watt power supply with a Core i5 CPU and buy an nVidia 750 Ti for it, will be about $300 for the system and the video card from a place like Newegg or maybe $200-250 off craigslist.

it can run DX12 applications but it's not a native feature of the card, so it will struggle a bit with the API and that could lead to lower performance.
