none of my components are over heating
the problem is quiet resent
but once i restart my pc every thing goes back to normal

i put my games in another partition

Check you RAM usage(with task manager). Maybe teh 4 gigs aren't cutting it.
Btw, what are you playign and at what framerates when it's well and when it gets bad?
I'm asking because teh 730 isn't much of a card, to put it mildly.

i ran gta 5 and here r the results
RAM usage=83%
cpu usage=50
disk = sometimes 100% other times 70~80%
i get +40 fps on default settings
