Because Arma 3 is more CPU intensive than GPU intensive, your best bet would be to upgrade your processor. However, with your current motherboard, my guess is that you have an AM3+ CPU socket which only works with AMD FX processors.

The FX processors have many cores, but are less powerful per core. Most games, such as Arma 3, can only use a couple of cores and are unable to utilize your 4 cores. Because of this, Arma is forced to use less powerful cores to render the game. Unfortunately, the best thing to do is to buy an Intel processor and matching motherboard.

Intel processors, I've found from personal experience, are better for games like Arma and Planetside 2, where the CPU is relied on heavily. You could try lowering render distance or something of that sort but without a more powerful processor, keeping higher frames is gonna be a hard task.

Good luck!

I was thinking of going with an Intel Core i7-4790K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 4.0 GHz LGA 1150 BX80646I74790K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600 But im having some truble with find a good Mobo that will fit and work well.

i7 for gaming is overkill, and you are looking at the last generation CPU range.

For a good CPU not for overclocking, i5-6500 is a good CPU, for a motherboard, really any 1151 socket one in the $80 range will be good. Unless you are outside of the US, it's tough to get a bad one.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132643

Only catch is with the new CPUs you need DDR4 RAM for the most part.

If you want to re-use your DDR3 RAM, then maybe this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117372 or for non-overclocking so you can use a cheaper motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117302&cm_re=i5-4460-_-19-117-302-_-Product

Will still be a lot faster than your FX4350 and a good match for your video card. Would be very tough on Arma 3 anyway, even high end systems have issues with Armor 3 on higher settings.
